Seeds were originally conceived as a weekly gift from Sanctuary, the spiritual community I founded. Their form was inspired by short, pithy essays written by master metaphysician Emmet Fox. I liked the idea of a quickie “aha!” arriving in someone’s electronic in-box just before the weekend. 

Seeds for Self-Care aggregates those Seeds which address the lamentable lack of care we allow ourselves, whether given by self or others. These words will focus you on you, and what you need. They’re perfect for recalibrating your joy and figuring out where you want to go from where you are. 

It is my prayer that these little missives create recognition inside you and that they act as an inflammatory agent to turn your Divine Spark into a Divine Flame.
