Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Other than the exceptions for In-Person Services below, I offer refunds within 7 days of receiving your order. After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. To initiate a refund, please email me.
Please allow four weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
All return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
For all In-Person Services, cancellation policies are as follow:
Monthly Zoom calls require 5 business days notice of cancellation for a full refund.
Group Zoom calls require 14 business days notice of cancellation for a full refund
