Seeds were originally conceived as a weekly gift from Sanctuary, the spiritual community I founded. Their form was inspired by short, pithy essays written by master metaphysician Emmet Fox. I liked the idea of a quickie “aha!” arriving in someone’s electronic in-box just before the weekend. 

Seeds for Loss aggregates those Seeds which address death and dying, and the sometimes weighty grief that we who remain get to work through. They’re perfect for feeling feelings enough so you can let them go, and return to your blessed and joyous memories of someone who has died. 

It is my prayer that these little missives create recognition inside you and that they act as an inflammatory agent to turn your Divine Spark into a Divine Flame.
