Energy Integrity Rose Thymus Chakra

Remember, the Rose Thymus Chakra gives the Grace of Compassion.

Beloved, because we’ve received the grace of Compassion—the ability literally, to feel with others—we all have Kindness to give here, to ourselves, and to one another. Kindness, however, can have some complicated convolutions connected to it. It can bring up jealousies, prejudices, fears, and beliefs about yourself or others or reality.

In order to have happiness about Kindness, you need to know several things: where you are easily kind, where you aren’t, why both things are true, and whether you want to change any of them, or not.
