Seeds were originally conceived as a weekly gift from Sanctuary, the spiritual community I founded. Their form was inspired by short, pithy essays written by master metaphysician Emmet Fox. I liked the idea of a quickie “aha!” arriving in someone’s electronic in-box just before the weekend. 

Seeds for Health aggregates those Seeds which address the fear and worry that health worry and health challenges create for us. They’re perfect for recalibrating health and meeting new health goals as well as good for any recovery period.
